Belinda Nelson, CEO of Community Counseling Service of Huron and Madison, has recently been reappointed to the South Dakota Behavioral Health Advisory Council by Governor Dennis Daugaard. Belinda has served as a Mental Health representative from 2013 through 2017 and will now serve as a Substance Use Disorder representative through October 30, 2021.
